Talentfinder was founded by Zbyněk Němec, an executive search partner with long-term experience in international leadership, HR, and business environments.

His background spans senior roles across IT, finance, and venture-backed organisations, with responsibility for leadership hiring and organisational design in complex, multi-market contexts.

He spent four years living and working in Southeast Asia, gaining first-hand experience with cross-cultural leadership, regional growth, and operating in unfamiliar markets.

Zbyněk's career reflects a deliberate shift from senior HR leadership into general management and business development roles, including responsibility at country and regional level.
